You’re not lonely when you have an amazingly adorable dog. His eyes twinkle brighter than any star in the sky. He misses you when you’re not home and waits for you to return. He jumps on every doorbell expecting you, the sad puppy face if it isn’t you and the joy dance if it’s you. The way he struggles with all the mess around to find a place next to you and hints you to hug him and move out for a stroll, the way he chases you all over the place and licks all over your face. He is someone who’ll never say he loves you, but always will. His love for you is self-forgetful, indestructible and timeless. A dog is an unfeigned  lover and his heart, a gem nowhere else to be found. You mean the world to him. And he’ll never let you feel down.

      2. But theirs alot that they can make us learn and feel! Something what humans are incapable of! And afterall thats what all of us want, to be loved unconditionally, and thats exactly what these amazing souls do! All good things enevitably come to an end but memories last forever! 👍

      2. Yeahh! Taking care of them is a tough task too! Why don’t u get a fish then! They’re sooooooo cute! Looking at them fills ones heart with peace and calmness and that’s so important in todays tough and busy life :)))

      1. You reminded me of Ronnie, my pet, we had. Only problem with dogs is their short life span, and it’s very painful when they leave you, it hurts and pains cause they become a part of you, part of family.

      2. Yeah! Thats soo true Dheeraj! Losing someone you love is undoubtedly painful! But we must not keep out from loving someone who is soo lovable just for the fear of losing them, as the time one would spend with them has a lifelong memory associated with it!       3. All said is very true Antra but after her loss none of us had the courage to get another pet at our place. My son has been pestering since long to get one again but rest of us are very reluctant. I usually do not write so much in comments section, your post is so special I couldn’t hold myself back.

  12. Erm …we’ve never had a dog but I understand they indeed loyal and affectionate companions ….we have a cat and indecipherable rodent belonging the youngest which he says is a hampster ….that’s no good is it?:D:D:D

  13. :D:D:D ….yes Antra …we’ve also got a mother and 2 baby pigeons ( or doves …I like to call them doves) nesting on our TV ariel …..and a nest with house martins swooping in and out above my bedroom window at the back. Hmmmmm the house martins are pretty zingy it has to be said:D:D:D

    I had a German Shepherd once. The memories of the time we shared together is indeed beautiful & incomparable. We grew up together! 🙂 ❤

        Had just a tour with Baxxter…. he likes car-driving.
        Visited my favorite cafe..went for a walk,.met some people and a very little dog..he likes to play with…
        After that we have a rest now!

Yes…true..sometimes animals can teach us the real meaning of love…and still we treat them badly..we slaughter them, we tease them…not all, but many of us do..we only treat them this way because may be we think we are superior to them..but we have never thought that they are superior to us in showing love and honesty..
